Should you need to return any item we would ask you to contact us first either by email or in writing explaining the reasons why. Once we have agreed to take back any item then the return costs would have to be met by the customer, and we would always suggest proof of returns is kept as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
Certain items are non returnable due to their nature, however we always endeavour to ensure you are satisfied with any purchase so will do whatever we can to this aim. |
